Personal project focused on reimagining Notre-Dame de Paris through a darker, narrative-driven lens inspired by the myth of the Man in the Iron Mask.
The goal was to explore how a well-known historical landmark could be adapted into a believable game environment, while preserving its iconic architectural identity.
The entire cathedral and its surroundings were fully rebuilt in 3D, with a strong focus on structure, scale, and readability before pushing into mood and lighting.
This project includes:
— 2 exterior concepts
— 1 interior
— 1 fake in-game screenshot
A long and detail-heavy process, but a great exercise in environment design, art direction, and worldbuilding.
